1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the acceptable and unacceptable use of ByteZero’s proxy services (“Services”). All users (“Users”) of the Services must comply with this AUP. By using the Services, Users agree to adhere to this AUP and any modifications thereto.
2. Prohibited Uses
Users shall not use the Services to:
- Engage in Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

- Facilitate Unauthorized Access: Access or use data, systems, or networks without authorization, including any attempt to circumvent user authentication or security measures.
- Engage in Network Abuse: Introduce malicious programs into the network or server (e.g., viruses, worms, Trojan horses); perform denial-of-service attacks; or interfere with the use of the Services by other Users.
- Misrepresent Identity: Forge TCP/IP packet headers, email headers, or any part of a message describing its origin or route; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
- Reporting Violations: Users should promptly report any violation of this AUP to ByteZero.
4. Enforcement and Remedies
ByteZero reserves the right to:
- Investigate Violations: Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP.
- Implement Actions: Take appropriate actions, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, and removing any prohibited content.
- Involve Law Enforcement: Report any activity that violates law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
ByteZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Services.
6. Modifications to the AUP
ByteZero may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on its website. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
